Encore's menu consists of Thai-influenced Asian cuisines, with a emphasis on noodle dishes and rice platters. Notable offerings include baked rices and the Pineapple Fried Rice (which is served in a pineapple), a large selection of hot and cold teas-ranging from Almond Milk to Lychee Black-and slushes. Portions and cocktails are generously proportioned and affordable. The sharp open space, tasty cuisine, and decent prices have made Encore an instant success in downtown dining.
Since opening in Oct. 2007, Encore has introduced private karaoke rooms-available for $35/hour or your bar tab, whichever is higher (if it's the karaoke we've seen, no doubt it's generally the bar tab).
