Just had DaBomb when they catered here at work. VERY good pulled-pork... Will be putting this on the list of places to take the family when they come to town.

No longer in North Lawrence. And longer hours would be nice...

Be sure to ask Granddaddy for some his "afro sausages" - patent pending. Really really really good (when he has some ready)!

I don't know why I've always thought New York had the best barbeque, perhaps it has been because I'm from New York and I have never been able to find any Kansas barbeque as good as the barbeque I get when I'm in New York. Well, all of that has changed - after eating barbeque at almost all of the Lawrence sites and some of the "famous" Kansas City sites, I have finally tasted barbeque that worth going back to get again and again [which seems to be exactly what I have been doing lately]. Gran Daddy's BBQ has the kind of barbeque that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I would highly suggest your trying their special style of barbeque [oh yea, and do try their sandwich called DaBomb]
