Bob and JoAnn Garrett have been operating their good-spirited bakery for seven years, baking over 30 kinds of bread per week, as well as muffins, cookies, cinnamon twists and scones. They specialize in whole grain breads -- the Honey Wheat and Nine Grain loaves are top sellers -- milling their flour daily and baking most of their breads without oil, which translates to a nutritious, no-fat and carefully hand-crafted product.
