Longhorn is the first place I've ever sent food back at. My entire meal was so salty that it was impossible to eat. I could actually see the big hunks of salt on the veggies. And tasting my roommate's steak, it suffered from the same problem. Some one in the kitchen there needs to learn that excellent cuts of meat should have little or no seasoning; the meat itself should be good enough on it's own. Despite the problems with the food, the service was excellent until it came time to divide up the bill. Our waitress who was on top of everything until then had several mistakes on the bill. I'm so glad that there's other steakhouses in this town. I'm sure the chain recognition will be great for incoming students and their parents, but for the rest of us I'm not so sure.
