Capital Federal Park @ Sandstone (formerly Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, formerly Sandstone Amphitheater) provides a musical variety of rock, alternative, pop, country, jazz and rhythm & blues, along with special events and festivals of all kinds. Whatever its name, the venue has entertained more than 400,000 people annually, accommodating nearly 18,000 per show. The outdoor arena holds approximately 7,000 reserved seats, with another 11,000 lawn seats providing a picnic-like setting under the stars.
