Description
Dubbed by its owners as a "high-end biker bar," Slow Ride Roadhouse features an all-day bar and grill that serves up faves like Philly cheese steak, beer-battered seafood and Buffalo Wings. The bar specializes in tequilas but also offers a variety of $2.50 domestic and $3.50 import beers in big-ass 16oz. draws. The breakfast buffet (8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday) features American fare on Saturdays and American and Mexican food on Sundays.
Outdoor patio seats approximately 80 people. Tuesday night pool leagues and Thursday night "biker nights" coming soon.

Not sure how ANYONE could NOT like this place. The staff is great, the drink prices are NOT over the top, and where else in Lawrence can you go see live music on a Friday or Saturday night with no cover charge? You can't.
Slow Ride is a good time and I would recommend it to anyone. Not just for bikers. Quite a diverse crowd. I have never had a bad time.
The place is a class act.
