Description
Legend has it that some guy named Juan started Taco John's back in Wyoming. Ol' cowboys would come in from a long day's work and get some grub who from John?er, Juan. Before too long, folks from all over were coming in to get some grub from 'John.' A few years back the trek from Lawrence was shortened, with the addition of four in-town locations, all stocked with standard fast Mexican food fare, plus a penchant for tater tots.
