Kylie Grater, the founder of LOLA (Ladies of Lawrence Artwork), has been in the wholesale "natural" jewelry business for 3 years. Starting out of her house, she's managed to break out with the help of her friends and an order for 6,000 pieces for Urban Outfitters.
