Jason "Cougar" Hwang, Erin "Er Bear" Adams, and CJ "Cobra/Dutch Apple" Kie join The 'Stache to over analyze Kaw Valley Kickball. Kirstie Alley, Arby's and "Spaceballs" come up for some reason.

    FYI Coug... The Screamers lost only one game during the regular season last year, and that was to Suncreation. You're slippin Cougar.... lock-it-up

    Oh, and I did a bit of research following the podcast (re: Wikipedia), and while Carrie Nation wasn't born in Kansas, she began her temperance crusade in Medicine Lodge, KS and lived most of her adult life in Kansas.

    She was like John Brown in petticoats.

    I still think we should rename the KVKL pool after Kirstie Alley.

    In regards to the Red Lyon, Slowride, and Mad Greek 3 way tie. While I am not necessarily complaining about Slowride ending up in 4th (we will have a far easier schedule than the other 2 teams) it could be pointed out that the runs allowed arguement isn't exactly the best way to go about deciding the placement. All three teams lost to First Blood and beat Open Sky, if you go with runs allowed that immediately puts Slowride at a great deficit given the fact that Open Sky put up 16 on us but we scored 19, both Red Lyon and Mad Greek beat them 4-3 and to win that game a first time playing girl on our team kicked a 3 RKI single in the top of the 9th to put us ahead which we then had to hold in order to win. I would say a much better analysis would be a margin of victory or runs forced over runs allowed. That's just my opinion.
