About this place
Masters of the morning, First Watch capably serves up all the traditional breakfasts -- bacon and eggs, pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, omelets, and so on. Free refills on consistently flavorful coffee makes lingering a while a delight, and there's plenty of seating so you needn't worry about keeping your table too long.

Last Sat., both my wife's and my potatoes were mostly thawed and unappetizing, my tuna sandwich had no taste, and our waitress had plenty of time to chat and laugh at cash register but only came by our table twice in the hour we were there. My business is going elsewhere.

Great breakfast options and service, but I'd only go there on weekdays. The typical 45 minute wait on the weekends is not reasonable.

Milton's is way better. THAT'S a real breakfast joint. FW is just diner food.

This place is great! Come in on the week days, and you'll very rarely have any sort of wait. Weekends, expect to chat with your friends for 10-20 minutes before getting a table. It's worth it though. The coffee is strong, the service is friendly, and food is usually out in less than 10 minutes -- order something simple (a Traditional breakfast, or Biscuits & Gravy), and you'll have it in 5 or less! I'm all about the healthy stuff, so I love the fruit crepes. They fill them with strawberries, kiwi, and banana, and serve them with yogurt and granola. When I'm not feeling so 'good,' I grab a skillet breakfast -- usually the bacon and onion version. It's one of the few places where the food's just right -- not too much grease! Also, the OJ tastes fresh squeezed, with just a little pulp!

BREAKFAST IS REALLY GOOD. NOT SURE IT IS WORTH THE LONG WAIT THAT SOMETIMES OCCURS

There needs to be a couple of these in town.
The only place to eat breakfast, if you are willing and able to wait.

Sure, it's a chain, but the food is high-quality and portions are huge. Recommended.
