The game will be projected onto the North side of the New Hampshire Street parking garage. Seating will be first come first serve on your own lawn chairs and blankets in the vacant lot at Ninth and New Hampshire. The grounds will open at 6 p.m. for seating. BBQ Brisket and smoked chicken salad sandwiches will be available from Sugarfoot Catering and O'Malley Beverage will be on hand with Budweiser and Bud Light.
The game: The game against Missouri-the so-called "Border War"-is always a high point in the KU football season, but has never been so highly anticipated as this year's game. Of course, the 'Hawks have chalked up their best season in school history, and are the only undefeated team in a major conference at 11-0. Going into this game, KU is ranked No. 2 in the BCS polls and is virtually guaranteed to go to the NCAA title game if it wins its next two games.
But that's hardly a given. This matchup with Mizzou in Arrowhead will be by far KU's toughest game yet. The Tigers are also having a marquee season at 10-1, and are ranked right behind KU in the BCS poll. If KU can get by Mizzou, they would then play in the Big 12 championship game (vs. either Oklahoma or Texas). If they pull off the impossible and win that game, too, they would play for the national championship (at this point it's shaping up to the against LSU, but anything can happen at this point in the season).
