Lawrence poet Peter Wright (you might recognize him as the horn-rimmed beglassed barista at La Prima Tazza) and singer-songwriter Kelly Hangauer collaborate for this one-of-its-kind event. Wright will perform his poetry with backing from Hangauer's avant-garde Casiotone orchestra, a fuzzy conflation of cheap keyboards, karaoke machines and effects pedals.
