Omaha's Beep Beep crafts danceable temper tantrums for the melody-impaired. Saddle-Creek Records says the band "takes you to a steamy, triple-canopy jungle filled with sounds of howling animals in heat-animals angered by passion, combating ambiguous lust with lyrical therapy and slithering, intertwining guitars." We say check 'em out if you like The Faint, The Rapture, Q and Not U, Liars, et al. And do try to keep your pants on when the "animals in heat" start writhing.
