Like a phoenix rising from the ashes of two mercifully defunct Lawrence bands comes Apollo 13, a groovy amalgam of Tom Jones-era spy music, modern rock, and, uh, Tom Jones. Host Tim vonHolten gives the band more crap than they probably deserve, only to be shamed at putt-putt golf. It's one giant leap for the Turnpike.
