I had no idea it cost the city so much to run the T. Now 50 cents doesn't seem so bad. Thanks taxpayers !! I will continue to choose the least wasteful, most efficient, and plainly evolved mode of transportation - public.

The first Lawrence City Band concert of the year was a blast ... I especially remember the many jugglers, who appeared in support of the KU Jugglers' Club, which appatrently had all their gear stolen recently.
And rugby was fun to watch as well. Lots of stuff going on ! I heard they will playing movies in South Park later this summer. Any one have more details ? Is this a new thing or a returning thing or what ?
Anyone who would bring a high-chair-requiring-aged-child to Pachamama's is probably used to paying someone else to pick up the saltines and sippy cups.
I think I preferred it when the hip indy crew was dominated by those girls from ATC who always wore matching outfits. They were nice to look at, even if they wouldn't buy my clothes. What is it with the neck beards these days ??? If you have no FACIAL hair, a beard your efforts do not equate !!
shucksters should take note : there's probably about as much dancing and music as the local economy will permit... otherwise there wouldn't be a steady turn over of new ! fancy weekly events with clever themes. capitalism, baby.
