I tried Da Bomb. not good. If you've ever had a good burnt end sandwich you will be heavily disappointed. They finely chop the meat and smother it with way too much sweet BBQ sauce. I couldn't even taste the meat at all and was definately unimpressed.
some people that work there are the lowest scum known to man. I wait tables and went bowling there one night and sure enough, the white trash couple behind the counter eats at the restaurant I work at. They have never left a tip in their entire lives, always rude and idiotic and I hope that karma comes back for them. Seriously, terrible people.
I haven't been in there for a while because I don't eat out much anymore. But this was one of my favorite places to eat! Love the stir-fry with spicy garlic sauce! Alan is the best waiter EVER!
I am very impressed with Biemers BBQ. Very friendly service, which is rare these days. I got the beef brisket sandwich with spicy vinegar sauce and it was one of the best I've had. The sauce had just the right amount of heat and was delicious, the beef was very very tender. The fried pickles with spicy ranch was pretty good, I prefer friend pickles to be the chip size pickles and not quarter cut. You get a little too much pickle that way and overwhelms the batter. But overall I have to give it an A. Great BBQ! I will be back
