Still has great food! $1.25 cheap cans everyday. Tues. has the best deal in town $1.50 pints, which include Freestate, Boulevard, and Tallgrass beer!! Mon. has half priced appetizers and $1 cans. Friendly staff too. the smoked dry rubbed wings are outstanding and some days just 35 cents each. Gotta love these folks!
If I were to get such a huge amount of money,I would hire my friends and family,so they could focus on the things they want out of life.I wouldn't give them the curse of a lot of cash all at once.I would have them "work" for me about twenty hours a week.A board of people who could help me decide how to best spend my money to improve things for the most people,and how to WAKE UP the most Americans who believe blindly in their political party,religion,country ect...And help them see that life is not about cash and using up the planet.I'd try to use it to break the corperate grip that is on the planet,keeping us burning gas and oil,when alternatives should have been developed and perfected decades ago.I'd invest in local farming and such.I would start some of my own charities,rather than donate to corrupt ones like the Red Cross.I'd probably travel to Amsterdam and Vancouver fairly often,lol.I'd hire some good teachers for my Daughter.What an interesting thing to think about.While wanting to live frugally and with a small eco-footprint,but able to spend and consume extravagantly! I guess I couldn't justify a huge house or two, multiple cars ect... And I wouldn't want them anyway! BTW ,I finally got around to creating an account so maybe I'll be adding to the talkin'Dagnabbit!~peace KVK
I'm so glad this article came out! I've been meaning to go try this place,but I had forgotten about it.It sounds like just the kind of place for me.Supporting local business(and farms),and eating more healthy are two things I strive for! I hope they have some good specials once in a while,cause I am also a penny pincher!
