Caribou dropped into Tulsa the night before the Lawrence show, sans the Super Furry Animals (who knows why?). That's fine, because Dan, Ryan, and Pete utterly destroyed me with a set that was much more intense than i had anticipated. I loved Caribou/Manitoba enough on disc, but the live experience elevated Dan to rock god status.
