We will most definitely be doing this again soon. I stared at my jars ALL night long. They are so pretty. Today, they are nice and firm, with a little give...just like a nice pair of....tennis balls.
Also, congrats on the welcoming of a Kitchen-Aid into your home...I use mine just about everyday. My pants don't fit, but we are rollin' deep in baked good heaven around here. :)
Happy 5 wks, little buddy! It was good to see you this weekend. (This is Lindsey, BTW).
Anywhoo, this recipe sounds delicious...I've never made fried porkchops this way, so this is something to put in our rotation...you know, once my fridge is emptied of all the Cajun leftovers. :)
Your people must come from the same place as my people...because not only do we have chili with cinnamon rolls, I never knew anyone did chicken noodles without mashed potatoes until I moved here. :)
One of the things I do is go to supercook.com. You can type in what you've got layin' around, and it searches for recipes on the internet with those things in them. Sometimes it works really well, other times...meh. But it's fun and easy, and I've stumbled upon some awesome recipes this way.
Canned!

Counting Blessings . . .
Misti, though I post rarely, I read your blog often. Sorry for your loss, and I also agree that you are one kick ass chick. Big cyber-hugs, friend.
