Yeah, Keno's was SKEEZY.

I always crossed my fingers for the employees that stepped into my financial center wanting to cash their checks. I hoped and prayed that after calling the bank that instead of a sigh, and a "Ugh, yeah, looks like the funds aren't available," I would get "Yes, give this human being their rightfully earned paycheck." 99.9% of the time I heard former.

I don't live in Lawrence anymore, but I know that when I visit, I won't be hitting up Kenos for a slice.

Justin's first three answers are peppered with the word 'like.' Was this a decision on the editor's behalf to leave this filler word in, or are you trying to stay true to your interviewee's voice? I'm not sure, but I'm a little irked by it.

So, I didn't read anything about Obama and his thoughts on Sebelius. Has he mentioned her as a candidate for VP, or is this just hope and speculation?

Barack has my vote, not only because of his experience but the quality of his experience. He started from the ground up, and worked as a community organizer back in Chicago. I respect that, it takes a lot to give your time in an actual community setting. I think this fellow is true blue.

I moved to Portland, Oregon in August, and this video reminds me of how truly wonderful Lawrence can be. I love it.
