Quite possibly the worst food in Lawrence served by a fine wait staff in a great room with lots of character. Good wine list. A nice place to have a drink, just go somewhere else to eat. When Teller's opened, they food wasn't nearly as bad. Within a year the two best items on the menu were dropped. The food quality spiraled downhill and stayed there. I don't have anything against this restaurant, but I am not going to lie. The food here is awful. Even the pizza is pretty bad.
I have eaten here 3 times, each about 6 months apart. My food and the food of my companions was awful. I really don't care if the food is authentic or anything like that, I would never know. I just want it to taste good. The appetizers were pretty good. The main dishes were pretty awful. The prices were quite high given the cost of the ingredients. The service has only been fair to poor whenever I have eaten here. This is a horrible value for your money. Overpriced, poorly-prepared food. Look elsewhere for a decent meal.

Zen Zero
