Monday music: Til Willis, Appropriate Grammar and Beach Team @ the Jackpot

It’s a collection of singer-songwriter music, starting at 10 p.m. for a $5 cover at the Jackpot, 943 Massachusetts St.

Tuesday arts: Midnight at the Museum Student Study Night @ the Spencer Museum

The on-campus art museum is giving students the chance to study for finals with the genius of art as an inspirational backdrop form 5 p.m. to midnight at the museum, 1301 Mississippi St. Refreshments will be provided.

Tuesday concert: Classical winter music @ the Arts Center

“Forest Green” continues on the Arts Center’s Tuesday concert series with violin, piano, harp and cittern. It runs from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is free at the Arts Center, 940 New Hampshire St.

Tuesday theater: “The Sound of Music” @ Theatre Lawrence

The Von Trapp Family Singers take the stage in the Theatre Lawrence production of the beloved musical at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in an added performance at Theatre Lawrence, 1501 New Hampshire St.

Wednesday geekery: Nerd Nite @ Pachamama’s

The monthly “presentations and drinking” event continues with an alumni night of the best-voted academic talks. It starts at 8 p.m. at 800 New Hampshire St., and is free, though space is always limited.
