Some stories are better told without words. So, for the next however long I can keep it up, I'll be posting short (usually wordless) picture stories here in place of paragraphs. I've seen these pieces before; Dave I've told you that these really made the downtown phone tower live for me as part of the Lawrence skyline. One way art helps me see my own city -- my own neighborhood -- a little more clearly.

I have to agree with Shelby. I don't get it. Is there some sort of psychological drama going on that you needed to vent? Or is this just another one of your "live the question" pieces of artwork? Seriously, Dave, I don't get it.

What I'm curious about is whether the loftstrosity was built or whether it was still the domain of the ancient tree when originally drawn? It isn't technically in sight to differentiate...

J- I had the idea before construction began, but didn't get around to finishing it 'til after.
