Flaming Lips "Christmas on Mars" at Screenland in KC
A 35mm print of The Flaming Lips' psychedelic space trip "Christmas on Mars" is showing Friday and Saturday in KC and I will most definitely be there. More importantly, Lips' drummer and co-star Kliph Scurlock will be there at 8pm to hang out and sign autographs. I got the first full-length interview with Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne following the one of the very few festival-only screenings of "Christmas on Mars." Check out the interview below.
