Calling my Neighbors' Kids

So much snow this year! Maybe not as much as a place like [Chama, NM][1], where the National Guard has been sent to dig out the city, which has seen about 13 feet of snow this year (snow tunnels!). Still, it's more throughout the winter than I think I've ever seen since I've lived here. Anyway, I'm learning that the kids in my neighborhood are pretty weak on building quality snowmen, forts and the like. The (fictional) master: My neighbors should trade up their kids for ones with skills... Miscellany: We've managed to rub off on the [Brits][2] yet again... Freaky [Big Brother Update.][3]And a giant thank you to the two dudes who pushed my car out of the bog after the caucus on Tuesday. How country was that, by the way? I texted my sister: We are so in Kansas. We're standing in a circle raising our hands. Plus, we're in a giant barn.     As to the Churchill/Sherlock debacle . . . this is probably horribly un-PC of me to bring up, but I can't help but notice that this came out within weeks of the news that "Mohammed" is currently the most popular name for new baby boys in the UK. . .
