They do this every year pretty much. So by my calculations, the Royals season, as opposed to the minor league baseball team that borrows their jerseys for a few months, should be over in another 6 weeks maybe?

How can anybody claim to think this team is a bunch of losers. New starters at almost every position, every position if you count Billy Butler as DH. All upgrades.
Drink a few sips of kool-aid, but so far by team position versing team position the Spoils are a better organization. Including Detroit, one must factor in age.
And, all this without mentioning minors. Kick back and enjoy this could be interesting.

In 2010, the Royals never got above .500.
To be 8-4 and in 1st place is both refreshing and rare.
If we're above .500 by the All Star break, it is most definitely on.
